It's all back now. Chris replaced the bad power supply last night at some point, so loco has been up for a few hours now. If you can't get in, it may be that you are still hitting crz.net because of a change in DNS that was put in place during the outage. I don't know any really good way around this. I suppose if you really can't wait you could try using the IP address, but I'm not sure what you will get since there are 3 different domain names using that IP address...
